B & C Plumbing

Please never ever ever ever ever even attempt to call this company. Not only did the leave all their mess and equipment everywhere, but they say the “forget” parts and do not come Back until the next day. If you are lucky. The dispatcher promised someone early, I’m pretty sure they are in a different time zone or universe because their 8 am turns into 3 pm “no later she said”, 3 Came around and their phone all of a sudden goes mute. They are rude, the plumber called me a “cheap a$#” just because I ask who authorize an installed and purchase of a new toilet! His supervisor and dispatch had to intervin in the phone call because he used foul language and her “excuse” was that he was a new hire from another company she bad mouth. It has to be the worst experience of my life! Dealing with customer service, and they have no clue what they are doing. They kept on saying “my 10 year experience ...” everytime and to trust. At then end... well what i thought was the end of it all they said they forgot the “sealer “ for the new toilet and they would have to come back next week! That’s when I cancelled everything! They will not be stepping into my house. Best part is they used my towel to clean their mess!!

Rescheduled three times due to the company not showing up or calling explaining why they were running late. The owner pushed me around on the phone as well while trying to explain the situation at hand. Clearly they don't want the business nor care about customer service.

2 fool's showed up at my door on a Friday night! At 10pm. No maintenance call.claimed they are with b&c plumbing....they were on the porch lookin high AF! Beware!!!

I had an emergency, and a Tech named Cody, came at once! I had called two other plumbers first who did not want to be bothered with a little job. He came on a Saturday! The man that came was honest, and very helpful! He showed me how to turn on, and off the system for myself. He also told me information about my unit that I was glad to learn! Thanks guys!

This is the most unprofessional plumber I have ever dealt with. I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS AGAIN - I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLUMBER My experience with B&C Plumbing was nothing but a total waste of time and money. Two individuals from B&C Plumbing came out Thursday 11/21. The two individuals that came to my house appeared to me as incompetent - they didn't even have a flashlight, which I had to provide to them so they could "work" on my water heater. I was told B&C could not find a $15 dollar part and had to replace the entire water heater (2 year old water heater). I was contacted by Lou Ann Rock from B&C Plumbing and asked to take pictures of the water heater, manufacturer number, etc. - this was due to the fact the individuals that came to my house didn't have the common sense to write it down. I question if these guys even knew what they were doing - I have a hard time referring to them as plumbers. Once my home warranty company approved the new water heater, the "plumber" asked me if I would empty the old water heater to "save him some time". B&C Plumbing collected a $60 callout fee and said they would be back Friday 11/22 (never showed), then first thing Saturday 11/23 (never showed), then absolutely promised Monday 11/25 (guess what, they never showed). Not once did they have the common courtesy to call me and tell me they were running late or that they had to reschedule for the next day. I had to call them - on Friday 11/21 at 4:30 pm, I sent Lou Ann a text asking if we were still on - response: "we are working on it". When I called back at 5 pm she had left for the weekend or what turned out to be Thanksgiving vacation. On Monday 11/25, I called B&C Plumbing and was told the person in charge of scheduling (Lou Ann) was on vacation. At this point, I called my home warranty company and advised them I did not feel comfortable with this plumber in my house and did not trust them after being lied to several times. I felt as if my money was taken from me and services were not rendered as promised. A different plumber was called and services were complete within 24 hours. I have filed a formal complaint with the BBB. I will never use this plumber again and I would not recommend this business to anyone. I do not believe B&C Plumbing to be trustworthy or reliable nor do I believe them to be ethical. Read other peoples reviews regarding B&C Plumbing - coincidence or just the way they do business?
