Pro Rooter & Septic

Never will use them again! One of my tenants called them on a Sunday to fix a plugged drain. James proceeded to run a snake down the drain to fix the problem but instead created a larger problem by putting a hole in the 2" pipe!! Charged $225 to bust our pipe and said it would cost between $400 and $600 to cut into the wall and repair the busted pipe. I called our regular plumber who came out the next day and had to cut into the drywall, repair the pipe that he broke and fix the clogged drain. He only charged $285 for everything. I called ProRooter to complain and James told me he would do nothing! BEWARE!!

Had a shower pressure problem and thought it would be a small and quick job. Well it was wishful thinking. They came out and really went the extra mile to get things up and working well. They did an excellent job.

Worst plumbing experience I've ever had! Called them out to fix a problem with our toilets backing up. Darren comes out and informs us that our septic tank is full and it needs to be pumped and serviced because it's been over 10 years. Understandable that it was going to be pricey to be done. So, they pump it and use some acid wash (double) and 1400 later, our toilets are still backed up. They didn't fix the initial problem we called them for. I call to have them return and fix the problem and they want to charge me now to snake the pipes, when they should have done it the first time. I complained but still they wouldn't admit wrong doing. 10 hours later, we have to run to the nearest target to use the restrooms until we can get another plumber out to fix the problem. Skip them at all cost. They will run up the price on you and not fix the main problem they were called out to do.
