Arnold's Plumbing & Reroute Service

Unfortunately, I had two major plumbing issues this summer: The need for a complete reroute and two months later a water line leaking in the slab. Arnold's crews were extremely professional, courteous, trustworthy and thorough. All work was high quality and they meticulously cleaned all work areas before leaving. Do not hesitate to use them. Excellent work and a very satisfied customer.

Before I got my foundation repaired by Coastal Bend Foundation repair (great job) I also got in contact with Arnold's plumbing to ensure that the issue that had caused the foundation problem in the first place could be dealt with in a timely manner. I had thought that Arnold's was going to do the job just as soon as Coastal was done so that they could use the same holes rather than having to re-dig more. Everything was going good. The two businesses were talking to each other I emailed over the paperwork they requested. Coastal came over and did the job and said they have been trying to get hold of Arnold's plumbing for a few days. I tried calling them also and ...no response. I have called multiple days. I have left voicemails and talked to their answering service and have yet to hear back from them. It has been over two weeks since Coastal finished their part.

They made me feel like family in the way they handled my problem. I will use no other, ever. Arnold’s Plumbing is kind, caring, professional and efficient.

Had a wonderful experience with Arnold’s Plumbing. Prior to calling them, we had an absolutely awful experience with another plumbing company in town. Arnold’s was extremely professional, competent, and the bill was very fair for the amount of work that went into the repair. The receptionist, owner of the company, and the plumbers that came out to do the work were all a great pleasure to work with, and I would absolutely recommend this company.

After having unpleasant experiences with other plumbing companies in town, I am very grateful to have found this gem of a company. Mr Arnold's is a wonderful human being, his staff is wonderful just like him, and he does his business very honestly and makes sure a satisfactory job is done. Highly recommend this company over others, especially for commerical jobs. You will be more than pleased. This is how everyone should be- pleasant to work with and very helpful.
