Dial One Johnson Plumbing, Cooling & Heating

Called to replace my water main. Dial One wanted to charge a service charge just to give an estimate but this was waved when I told them there were others that gave free estimates. Very friendly and professional service tech. I did not go with Dial One because I obtained four other estimates which were within a few hundred dollars of each other. Dial One was $3400.00 more than the highest other bidder. I can understand a few hundred dollars but $3400.00! No thank you!

Dial One Johnson Plumbing was responsive to our call and had a technician to our house in less than a half hour. We had an issue with the wall behind our washing machine showing obvious signs of water leakage and they were able to identify the problem and remedy it during their visit. Justin was our technician and was very polite and courteous to my Mother who was with him while he addressed the situation. I am pleased with the service received.
