Definitely recommend this company... I had the city of Midland come out and turn my water off due to a leak. I am a single mom and everyone wanted atleast 300 to come out (two days later) and that didn’t include fixing the problem. Mr Armstrong was very courteous and professional, I explained my situation and that my kids couldn’t come home to a house without water, he said he would come over and less than two hrs later he was at my house troubleshooting. He found the problem and fixed it! His prices were very reasonable and he went above and beyond the call of duty. While he looked for the problem, he was very professional and it was evident that knew exactly what he was doing! I was blessed to be able to find an honest and hardworking plumber that doesn’t try to take advantage of the situation. He did an excellent job and wouldn’t recommend anyone else! The name couldn’t be more fitting!

This is in response to the bad review left by Mark Caples. I did his plumbing work for several years until his last job before relocating to San Antonio. On his last midland job, I completed all plumbing through top out phase of a bathroom remodel, except for the shower he mentioned. It was a garden tub that had been removed and was never made clear what his plan was. I removed the Roman tub valve and left the job until his plan was set. I never heard back from Mark and apparently he went on without me. I billed him for the work done so far and he never responded to my messages and phone calls. I have nothing bad to say about him, I just wish he would have communicated with me. If you do contact me I can assure that this will not be your experience with Trust Plumbing. I value my customers and strive to be as transparent as possible while finding the best solutions. Thank you for your consideration.

I'm a professional kitchen & bath remodeler. Matt was my plumber for 5 years. I put up with a lot of BS from him over the years because I considered him a friend. Finally, he failed to get a shower base installed before the drywall subcontractor was scheduled to install sheetrock. The hard board got installed at the shower but had to be torn out so I could install the shower base myself before it was reinstalled. Since I had to pay the drywall contractor twice, I back charged Matt the $500 to cover it since it was his fault for not letting me know about the scheduling conflict ahead of time. I was under the impression the job was done. Out of vindication, Matt hit every review site on the internet and bashed my business with 1 star reviews. He's a bad friend and a bad subcontractor. You cannot trust Trust Plumbing.
