Professional and understandable, I don't know anything about pipes and things, they could have taken advantage, the master plumber took the time to explain, and made sure I did understand. Other plumbers 4 different companies which I will not mention tried and fixed temporary, A&E discover that my sewer stoppage was due to a sagging pipes, they replaced the pipes and I haven't had this problem again. Thank you A&E.
