Home Services at The Home Depot

Excellent customer service.

For months now I have gotten nothing but the run around and basically just lied to. I went into the Home Depot to purchase a flat top porch and carport I picked the contractor to do the installation. He came out and measured and has attempted to place orders as this appears to be a “special order” all for not. The mangers Chris a silver tounged fella and Dan who is to busy to speak with me. My question is who is there boss and how do you contact them to let them know of the lack of service these mangers and store provide. If there was a minus I would you give 5 of those.
