BEWARE!! Water heater went out and our home warranty assigned replacement to them. They tried to scam my 76 year old mother claiming $1700.00 of work was not covered by warranty. Warranty company was paying $600 for the water heater and installation. On top of the $1700 that they were claiming was not covered. So $2300 to replace a water heater, really. Had my own plumber do it for $1030.00 Without using the warranty company. Took the payout from the home warranty company so $400 out-of-pocket instead of a $1700.00 scam. I want to how many people don’t even know they got ripped off.
