Roto-Rooter

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! The receptionist “Jessica” is very rude. When I called she said, “Hello.” Didn’t tell me the company she worked for or anything. I then asked if it was Roto-Rooter. She tried correcting me by saying, “You mean Rooter-Rooter?” After that I tried scheduling an appointment to which she refused to help with. I will never use these people again! Thanks Jessica.

I called Sat for an emergency and they told me they couldnt come out until monday. I called today and the lady that answered the phone was just plain rude Jessica i think was her name.. is very rude and unprofessional. She spoke over me and said We can't come till Wednesday now. I explained to her about Saturday situation and she cut me off and said again we can't come till Wednesday. With a horrible attitude!

Worst customer service, I've been waiting for 24 hours to get a call back and still nothing. Finally I called and they want to charge me an extra rate after having me wait all this time. Never doing business with them again.

Won’t be using them again, horrible experience.

Our washer drain was not draining appropriately so we decided to call Roto Rooter. These 2 gentlemen came and tried to clear out the drain. They reduced that there was possibly a rusted pipe that wouldn’t let their “snake” through. It was causing the line to kink. They apologized for not being able to fix the problem and said they would have their “leak detector” people come out to find the problematic pipe. Well, no one called and when we called the office, they had no record of needed to call the leak detector company they do business with. The offered to come back another day, but this was already day two after they had come out initially. After many calls, we decided not to do anymore business with them. So now our washer won’t drain at all and the kitchen sink (that the drain connects to) is now sluggish to drain. So now we have two problems that need addressing. I will not use them again, nor would I recommend them to any one either. If I could give below 1 star review, I would. 3/30/18- We had another company come and check the supposed “rusted pipe that may need replacing” and they fixed the problem without replacing anything. Turned out to been a clog and an easy fix. Problem solved.
