Jeff John changed my water heater 2+ years ago and said he would come back after the old one dried out and the attic was no longer 130°. Needless to say, the water heater is still in the attic! I've been calling, texting, and leaving voice messages with him since May and the water heater is STILL in my attic. He no longer takes my calls or texts back or even have the professional courtesy to return a voice message. Would never recommend him to even my worst enemy.
