I am very satisfied with both, the service received and the carpet we bought. The owner is very polite, knowledgeable and not pushy. We have now tested the carpet's stain resistant qualities and are happy to report it exceeded expectations. I was happy to go to a family owned business vs. the big hardware stores where you don't get personalized service. I highly recommend them.
The technician was awesome! Our water heater wasn't working and after calling a few plumbers around, I chose him. He came over and noticed that the part I thought needed replacing wasn't the issue, it was something else and he fixed it -- FOR FREE!
The technician and his crew did our sewer lateral today, and hit a total home run. Communication was clear and prompt, the price was right, and all work was completed in about five hours -- including the city inspector approving the replacement. Couldn't be happier with this job!
