Tideland Grease Trap & Septic Service

Spoke to Sandra first thing in the morning in regards to truck to clean my tanks, was told they had a cancellation and told me the truck would be enroute within the hour. 1/2 hr later the truck came around the corner. Met Chris the driver & Tyler showed them tank and they got right with the project..checked my other tanks and told me they were good. ( another company told me they would have to pump all for a lot more money.) Chris & Tyler are very polite , informative and just know their business. This will be my go to from now on.

Do not have tideland come out and suck your tanks.!! I have had them come out and get he next day on foward I noticed my tanks overflowing out of the lid . This was odd and not normal , so I called and asked to see what was going on or could be done of course they gave the usual beat around the bush my field line are clogged and that the rainy weather and that my tanks are suppose to be full. The owner then says she will call call me back which never does so I decided to call her back after 3 days and she says that they made a note saying the tanks were having back up from field lines comming back inn. My case my toeilet does not flush cuz of this being full . She never offered to come redo them or anything. Bottom line I should of Ben there to witness a complete job . They got there so they don’t care . Done with tidelands. Be careful people
