STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They just want to rip you off!!! I made an appointment with this company for a video inspection of the sewer line. Mike Came out to the property the day of the inspection and he was very reluctant about doing the inspection. He questioned, why do i need the inspection? as he was sure I needed to replace the sewer line and that it would cost me anywhere from $4800 to $9000 depending on the depth. I know he was trying to make a sale and he did not want to make the video inspection, Plus he said he didn't have the right equipment to record the video. I insisted on the video because that was what i paid for "a video inspection of the sewer line". Called their office, someone said mike will come a second time to make the inspection. When he came a second time same story all over, he did not have the right equipment to make the video. He said he will stop by whenever he is in area in the future to run the camera in the sewer line. Today he flipped out on the phone saying that i'm taking advantage of him, aggressively yelling that He came back a second time at no charge, and he is willing to come back out a 3rd time again but he refuses to make the video because he said since he did not charge for the second visit therefore he was not going to burn a CD recording the the video. This people don't care about customer service they just want to take your money. Bottom line this company is not worth it. I did not get a video inspection for the sewer line or a written estimate for the repair which is what i pay for.

Our sewer line had backed up just weeks after moving into our new home. Technician from Mr. Drain Plumbing came out within an hour to help us out. The technician was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions and concerns. He was able to fix the problem and helped us out with a restoration company to clean up the horrible mess in the basement. I will most definitely recommend Mr. Drain Plumbing to all my friends.
