I highly recommend James Lane! When our ac unit went out last week we called James Lane for an estimate. Rob came to our house and did a thorough job explaining what needed done, the different units and our best options. He was extremely helpful and professional. We had our new system installed by Jeremie and Cory who did an amazing job! They had everything installed and working in two days. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with how clean they left the house, and made sure I understood how to work the new thermostat. We are very pleased with the service James Lane provided and will definitely use them in the future.

Mark was an absolutely awesome and competent technician. He’s a Veteran with a metric ton of experience and made sure we were in good shape before he left. Their rates are very reasonable too. I highly recommend this company.

The young man came was very professional and polite. Did his job in a timely manner. When I called for an appointment was told it would be after hours or cheaper the next day. I opted for the next day. They called back around 3 that same day and were able to fit me in before after hour rate. I was delighted. This is not the first time I have called James Lane. They are always prompt and their rates are fair. They are the only ones I will use for my plumbing needs. I would rate them higher but gave them all stars available.

I’ve used James Lane for both my house and my mother’s rental property. Never had an issue with price and they were always willing to explain everything on site. I appreciate their willingness to educate property owners on how to keep their units running correctly. I ask a lot of questions and they have never hesitated to answer them (and this has been multiple technicians and the same service every time.) I learn something new from them on a regular basis. Personally, I would not call anyone else.

AC went out in the morning and they were at my house by early afternoon. I had called another company and they said they wouldn't be able to make it out for several days. Folks, it's July and VERY hot. The lady I talked to on the phone was very friendly and immediately informed me about costs. I didn't even have to ask. She beat me to it. So I knew initially what to expect before anyone came. Our technician was also very friendly and easy to talk to. He was straight forward, to the point about what was wrong and what it would cost. Issues were thoroughly explained and we weren't pressured into anything. Highly recommend this company.
