They were fairly priced and did more work than they bid on with no xtra charge
If I could give zero stars, I would. I went with this company because of their reviews on google. They weren't spectacular, but they were better than others in the surrounding area. I scheduled a technician to come out and help me figure out what is going on with our septic system a week ago. I was told that someone would call and let me know when they were on their way. When I did not receive any calls by 10am, I contacted them and was told that they may not get over because their customers that are closest to their office were most important. The lady that answered the phone kept telling me that she would get in touch with the technician and he would call me. I waited several hours and still never heard from anyone. At 4pm I called again and got the run around. The lady that answered acted as if I had not called several times today and she again told me that she would be contacting the technician. I put off all day looking for someone else to come take a look at it to where I am going to have to take off work tomorrow for another company to come out when if Longhorn would have stuck to their schedule that was made a week ago, this would not have been an issue.

Incredible fast response on a Friday afternoon to a septic problem. Driver went above and beyond to help me dig out the cover for the tank as I had not expected him to arrive so soon. Very professional. Would reuse their services. Used them again 2017. Josh - technician - had emergency in ALVIN - and kept me posted on his delay and serviced by tank at 830 pm with flashlights and a smile. Excellent service and a very polite and professional young man. Will be calling on them again for any future septic issues.
