Paul from Sheffield Plumbing showed up much sooner than expected, examined the issue, and said there was nothing to be done. He offered me some options, but didn't pressure me to buy any unnecessary service. Both people I've spoken with from this company were very polite, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommended.
