Outstanding company to be apart of , techs are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Owner and supervisors are down to earth and actually care about employees and their well being. Prices are fair and honest compared to most companies out there who don’t care if they get your business again or not. This one does and values its customers and feedback . Oh did I mention this is the city of Katy’s Original and 1st Plumbing Co. and she’s still running strong servicing Katy and surrounding areas. If I could I’d go back there........I would in a heartbeat !

The experience was absolutely wonderful. I have had dealings with two other plumbing companies in the past. I will not name them, but to say the least I was not thrilled to have to deal with a plumber again after those encounters. So, needless to say I took my dear sweet time, and read hundreds of reviews of many different companies before selecting this one. The time that took truly paid off. Cameron is a wonderful plumber. The one thing that stands out in my mind the most was that he was completely honest. There was no strong arming in anyway. He made sure i had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. In the end I had him replace both of my hot water heaters, and fix a toilet. The price he quoted was the price I paid even though he had to call for additional help. I would also like to mention he fixed the toilet for free. It is safe to say I will use Cameron and this amazing company for all my future plumbing needs. I would give them a million stars if it were possible. I will highly recommend this company to all my friends and family. For those of you who know me that is truly saying something as I very seldom ever endorse anyone or anything. Great business, great bunch of people. They make you feel like you're apart of the family! Fairly priced! These guys are my go to plumbers.

Called with a concern about hot water heater making a loud hissing sound and you could hear water running from the attic. It was 10:40pm and with the 5 star reviews and promises of 24/7 service I called for help. I was told that no one was available and I should just turn the gas off to the hot water heater? If I knew how to do that I probably could also diagnose my own problem at the same time. He continued to say that I could call back in the morning and someone “might” be able to come out? I am less than impressed with the attitude and lack of concern. I find the name 24/7 plumbing a big joke at this point. I admit that I am baffled at the number of 5 star reviews? I received no help and there is definitely NO 24 hour service from 24/7 Plumbing which I find ironic.

Thank you 24/7 for getting my emergency plumbing issues fixed. Tyler did a great job getting everything fixed while patiently answering my question & concerns.
