I have used John Hamm Plumbing whenever I've had a plumbing problem for almost 30 years. John and his son Wayne are professional, honest and have always done the job quickly.
On time when they said they would be herwe. Work quickly and efficient. Pricing lower the prices of other plumbers in the area.
Wayne from John Hamm Plumbing came out and put a clamp on a galvanized pipe in my kitchen ceiling and told me that it might still leak ..if it did I should call and he would come out and do more cutting and get it done right. When it continued leaking, I called, and called and called..day after day. Finally got his father who set up an appointment for Wednesday afternoon...Wayne never showed....so I called and called and called again and finally after 3 days got his mother who said they were too busy and I would have to wait two weeks..with the hole in my ceiling. I used to really like Wayne..but this is no way to run a business.
Wayne and I have been friends for years and I have worked with him many times over the years but I wouldn't waste my time here if this weren't accurate. I was at the house in the other review. She was a nice lady but there must have been a misunderstanding because this company has been around for decades and has an excellent reputation. You will not find a better plumber than Wayne...seriously. He's fast and fixes it right. That's all there is to it. I will say they are extremely busy all the time so maybe something was lost in communication. And BTW I was a customer too.
