I called in due to a leak under our kitchen sink, at work, and they had someone come out that day! It was also repaired within a few hours. Jeremiah was very friendly and patient as he had to wait for my boss for payment. Great service all around! I highly recommend Service Squad Plumbing!
I heard about this company through my home warranty insurance. They gave me a window from 8:00-10:00 AM to fix my garbage disposal. Eric and his apprentice made the call at 8:00 AM and arrived in 20 mins. They replaced my garbage disposal at a discounted price since my home warranty insurance did not cover the expense. (This is twice now my home warranty insurance has done that) I might end my home warranty insurance (not sure if it's worth it) and decide to just go straight to Service Squad Plumbing for my plumbing needs. However, I am a little conflicted because I also like ARS Rescue Rooter. (As reported in my other review). Choosing the right company would probably come down to who has the better price since both plumbing companys do excellent work.
I wasn't actually there. But my son in law said he was very respectful and seemed efficient. The report looks well done and will be helpful for keeping on file as a reference.
