Owen`s Plumbing Service Flower Mound TX

I booked an appointment with Owen plumbers this morning and was told someone would be there between 10-12. Never heard back from them. Tried calling them around twelve and left a message, which said someone would call me back within 15-20 minutes. Never heard from them. I called about 2:20 and was told at that time it was too far for someone to come out. No call to let me know. I would have called someone else. They are irresponsible and obviously don’t care about any potential customers.

I called a more of plumbers in the territory but and was happy I discovered Owen`s Plumbing Service Flower Mound TX. They have replaced a some of our pipes and done some fix take a shot at our water heater . They work superbly!! Furthermore, I very recommended them!

They were very efficient, and came the same day that I called! The technician, I came to find out did a lot of work for my parents, years ago. I like to know that a plumber has had that much experience!! I would highly recommend Plumbing Service Flower Mound.

Owen's Plumbing actually doesn't even rate 1 star. Our kitchen sink was not draining. We called Owen's Plumbing. Plumber came out and after working on the sink, was draining maybe just 10% better, but within a day, would not drain at all again. Called Owen's back repeatedly asking them to come back out and complete the job we had paid $387 for. Gave us excuses. Then after the 3rd time we called them, they just stopped answering our calls and would not return our calls! We had to call out another plumbing service, who was able to fix the problem, but we had to pay all over again for the service because Owen's took our money and did not fix the clogged sink.
