Allstar Plumbing

Fantastic experience. They came out almost immediately and did a cleanout to my Kitchen sink. I guess to much grease down the drain can glog it. The technician was super nice and gave me some recommendations to submit to my lanlord.

I had an accident with Mr. Steven Rice on a carpool lane. He hit me from the back, cuss at me, then took off. Probably because he's not supposed to be in the carpool lane at first. Luckily it was traffic hours, so he can't run far and finally stopped. He cuss at me more so I call the police because I didn't feel safe. Once he heard me on the phone with the police, he calmed down and finally cooperate and exchange insurance information. He was driving the company car. Afterwards, I was dealing with his insurance, and 2 weeks after, they said they cannot allocate the driver and speak with him. Are you kidding me? What kind of people and business are so dishonest and so bad? I called the owner and he's refused to speak and will not return phone calls. I never met or dealt with people like this! STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY and don't deal business with these types of people. IF THEY CAN"T EVEN RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN FAULT, WHAT MAKE YOU THINK THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMER?

I usually have had great service with Allstar. My company has been using them for all our plumbing needs. Today was disappointing. After making a service request first thing in the morning, I was told I would receive a call with an ETA. I called several times throughout the day and was given the runaround. No one ever called or showed. I ended up calling another plumbing company who came within the hour. I will not be using Allstar Plumbing again.

I had a confirmed appointment for someone to come and give me an estimate. No show... No call... No response. If they can not keep your appointment and do not even bother to respond, what would this company do when they start working. I am glad I am not choosing this company for my project.

Working for a GC trying to get a bid and customer service rep hung up on me mid sentence and blocked my number. Horrible customer service.
