This is a story of how Chuck puts his customers above his own personal life...at least in my situation. Our hot water heater started spewing water all over our garage, on the afternoon of Monday, 1/7. I did a quick search for local plumbers and found that Chuck had great reviews on Google. After calling him, he came out within an hour or so to assess the situation. He determined that the heater needed to be replaced. He was already booked on Tuesday, but he managed to fit us in after his other job site...and was at our house until the job was done around 8:30PM! When I thanked him for doing this so quickly, he told me that when he saw my wife holding our baby (just one month old), he told me he said to himself "this family has a baby...they need hot water". Chuck has an excellent work ethic and he is sensitive to client's personal situations. Great plumber, great guy!

He came right away. So friendly. Got the job done in less than an hour. He was also very very reasonably priced. He is hands down our new family plumber.

I had a dishwasher that was not draining. I called Best Quality Plumbing and talked to Chuck. He came to my house and fixed the problem in less then an hour. Im very impressed with the quick response. Thank you, Chuck!
