Never showed up. Do not get these guys.

Set up and appointment, didn't come. I called he picked up phone and hanged up. Called again and he ignored call. Bad service. If would of been nice if I got a call back letting me know he wasn't going to make it, to look for someone else! Thanks A lot for nothing! Not good with keeping appointments!! Don't waste your time people.

Very professional and fast service. Explained everything very well, doubled checked the issues at hand and took care of the problems I was having. Definitely would do business with again!

So happy with the work and professionalism of Charlie's Plumbing Service. His apprentice Sarah did a great job with the guidance of Charlie. Work was done in a timely manner. I had some quotes from other plumbing agencies and Charlie had the best price with great work done to back it up. Both were very polite. I would definitely recommend services to anyone who needs plumbing. One last added bonus Sarah is a female plumber which brought me comfort as I was home alone at the time.

Called to have a plumber install a new water line under my house for an ice-maker. They promised to call back the next day to set up an appointment. They didn't call. I called them and left a message to call me back. Didn't happen. Did the job myself and it was a nasty job for sure (maneuvering through the crawl space under my house - not fun).
