Charged more than was quoted, broke my pipe and left it that way. Please look at these posts. I know i would not be the only person who would complain being treated this way. These have got to be the worst people. Called customer service and found out that they are in no way affiliated with the big franchise baker brothers plumbing. It was the owners son in law that did this work with a helper. Bad, bad, ,bad
