You are an ass if... You are a plumber with Parker Brothers Plumbing out of Plano and you tell me that the City of Frisco charges $75 for a same day inspection fee and that I have to pay it because the home warranty company doesn't cover same day inspection fees that are in addition to the permit fee. I checked and found where they were never charged a "same day inspection fee" of $75. I asked for proof and they said the office would follow up with me. Not sure if the company was trying to screw me, the plumber was trying to screw me, or both. Be careful out there folks, there are some shady ass people.
