Awesome Company. Office staff, Karen, Maxaine and Julie are awesome, very helpful.

CLOGGED MAIN LINE: Great service, the receptionist was pleasant and responsive and the tech, James was awesome. James immediately went to the underground cover and quickly identified that the system needed pumping. He called in another service ticket to get it pumped and showed me a work around until the tank. The rates are reasonable, service was quick and professional and I will continue to use this company and recommend it to my family and friends.

I switched from a different company to Aerobi-tech to inspect my septic system on a quarterly basis and the lady I spoke with over the phone was very pleasant, informative, and made an effort to get to know me as a customer. During my first inspection the technician was very patient while he taught me what I needed to know to maintain my system, punctual, and informative. On a seperate occasion I needed some parts replaced and the office and technicians worked very quickly to make sure it was done in a timely mannor and done well. On yet another occasion, I had a high water alarm go off and they had someone out to look at it in less than 3 hours. The guy that came out was named Larry and he quickly identified and fixed the problem but also went above and beyond to make sure that I felt confident in the system. He taught me some troubleshooting that I can do on my own and informed me even more about my septic system. I never leave reviews but since this company has proven to me that they are consistently awesome I felt the need to give praise where it is do.
