I called last thursday for a leaky pipe to commode. Phone is never answered ..u have to leave a message. By the time my call was returned hours later i had thought i had situation resolved so told melanie not to send anyone. I called the next friday morning and left a message. Never received a call so called again and left another message. She did return my call and said she would try to get someone out that day. That didnt happen and updates are not done. So weekend passes..i still cannot turn my water on all this time. I call and leave a message at 9:20 am stupidly thinking i was on the list for monday since no one came out friday. No call back. I call around 3:30pm and leave a message about poor customer service..no call back..no updates.she calls back almost immediately and i had missed call. She left a nessage saying she had already had Monday's schedule planned and could not add to it..then said it was too late to add to Tuesdays schedule. This is amazing to me..i cannot call ahead to make appt or the day of. I find it hard to believe this is rated 5 stars. Maybe the plumbers are competent but not the office help.
