Great folks!! Very helpful, friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Last time they came to light up the boiler, it would cost me about $200. This time they came to replace the pump blower relay ($39.50). Total cost $669. I talked to the manager. He said that it took a little over 7 hours on this job. He only charged me 4 hours. Yes, just a relay and they charged me $669 for it. OVER CHARGE. OVER CHARGE. I will never call them again.

I've been using them for years. Best price. Best service. This last time, with a plumbing issue, I decided to call around for estimates. They were less than half of the nearest offer... and I'm sure they performed better than the more expensive one would have.

Destroyed my apartment and overcharged me 125 dollars an hour for 6 hours of work when they only worked 4, terrible service and abusive charges. 80 dollars plus tax just to show up. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I would give them 0 out of 5 stars. My bill was $1035 dollars for a plumber to show for 4 hours all they had to do was stop a small leak

I have used United Mechanical for close to 10 years on all of my properties. Any time I have an issue relating to plumbing or HVAC I contact United Mechanical and a professional service tech arrives within the estimated time I was given over the phone. The service techs are always professional, friendly and clean! I have used companies in the past where this is not always the case. If you want a job done the right way I would certainly recommend giving United Mechanical a call!
