Took a week to get an appointment. Came but couldn't do anything because the city hasn't marked the yard but made an appointment to come back the following week. I called when they didn't show up to be told "we are too busy". But they weren't too busy to cash my check or seemed to care I took a day off work and list a day's pay. Never again!
