Humberto came to do a maintenance check on our AC and upon inspection he discovered a few issues that needed addressing. He was very knowledgeable about the problems and took his time explaining them to me. Also, he was very kind and informative throughout the whole time he was here. I feel very confident with his work and his suggestions. Thank you Humberto!!

I appreciate everything the technician did but your radio ad is a bait and catch. Do not advertise something you are not clearly delivering on. To be exact, a complete snake for a clogged toilet. $99.99 easily turned into $321.00. When your literally elbows deep in sh*t in a home you just purchased, I’m not going to stop your service and price check for someone else. To be very transparent, technician was phenomenal but your system of bait sales is definitely identifiable. Really suck to get played...

Wow! Very impressed! Called Bonney yesterday evening, they scheduled service for the next day to fix a valve that wouldn’t shut off all the way. They came out this morning at 8am (right when they said they would), and Jimmy completely replaced our old, malfunctioning pipes and valves at that junction. The pressure to the house was off the charts due to a broken pressure regulator valve! It was a catastrophe just waiting to happen! So glad they took care of the problem before any pipes ruptured! Jimmy was outstanding! He showed us the problem areas, explained what should be done for an optimum result, but gave us three options on how we could choose to proceed. We opted for the complete package (bundled into a nicely discounted price), and the work he did was top notch! Very clean and professional workmanship! We will be recommending Bonney Plumbing to anyone who asks us! And we’ll be requesting Jimmy in particular for all our future plumbing needs!

Jimmy Marquez was simply fantastic and extremely helpful. He was very polite, professional and very informative. He helped understand the situation and made recommendation on how how he could resolve the issue I was having with my two toilets. He even offered to provided comparison on prices on fixing to replacing and how long it would take. He also took time to be very careful with my items he had to move to work and very carefully replaced them. He took the time to go things and repeated several times so I understood and asked if I had any questions. Jimmy was extremely thoughtful and a wonderful representative of your company.

John arrived right on time as promised. Extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable about the work he does. Multiple options were offered as far as repair and future maintenance. Issue resolved at first visit and very quickly. Highest complements are fully deserved.
