Mac's Plumbing Heating and Air

We had issues with our shower faucet so we contacted Mac's Plumbing since they were close and we needed a quick repair. Wayne and his team were great! They were very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He fixed our issue with an quick part swap, which luckily he had handy. Now the shower works as good as new.

My kitchen sink backed up on Sunday to the point where I couldn't use it, so I knew I needed to get a plumber out right away. Monday morning at 8:30AM I called Bonney, and was routed to a call center where they said I would have a technician call me back to schedule something. By 11:00AM I still hadn't heard from them, so I called Mac's because they had good reviews. Kristyn who answered the phone was courteous and professional, booked me an appointment on the spot, and text me a bio of the technician that would be showing up ant my home. They also sent me a follow up text when the tech was on their way to my house. The technician (Steve) was at my house by 2:00PM, and had the sink fixed in less than 30 minutes. Steve was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. He answered all of my questions, was dressed professional, and made a point to wear booties on his shoes the whole time he was in my house. I will definitely refer Mac's, and use them again in the future. Excellent service and reasonable prices! (I still haven't heart from Bonney, and it it 2 days later, sad.)

I have never had such great service from any other company then I had with Mac's Plumbing and Heating. In the office, Christen, to the field, Tommy, Wayne and Phillip. I felt they all went an extra mile. They managed to make my home a day before was promised and unplugging my toilet, to finding the reason it happens so often. Awesome Company! Steve and Tommy are rock stars. My house was backing up everywhere and I was so upset. I called Mac's and out came two guys and I'm sure they thought I was a crazy lady. Steve assured me everything was going to be ok. They got to work and finally got my drains working. Steve found the problem and explained everything to me he even had a camera that showed me everything. Mac's was great from the min I got the lady on the phone. I will be telling everyone I know about them.

My AC went out on a Sunday I called Mac's and got the answering service. A lady called me back in 5 min. I asked if I could schedule someone to come out tomorrow she said she would put us on the list to call and get on Monday schedule. Monday came and by 8:30am a tech was at my house. AJ was so kind and explained everything to me. Now I have to say Mac's was the third company I had out. The tech found wires that were burnt and a piece of something that was burnt up. I was shocked and so thankful at the same time. AJ fixed everything and I was up and running and today has been great and my house is cool again. I will be calling these guys in the future especially after I learned that they do everything. I had a hole in my wall from a fall and I have another one of there guys coming back to fix it for me!
