Laird and Hector came out and cleared a root blockage that no one else could clear. The equipment they have is the best and Laird is a master plumber. The day after Thanksgiving our hot water heater's pilot would not light. Lupe, from Elk Grove Plumbing and Drain, came right over and diagnosed a faulty ignition switch that had been recalled. He ordered the part to our house and came back the day it arrived to install it. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Elk Grove Plumbing is awesome!
