I used Signature Plumbing because he got great reviews from our neighborhood association. Our hot water heater went out and he was here the next day putting one in for us. Great service and very personable.

Byron was very professional and knowledgeable about the slab leak we had under our house. He was meticulous about locating the leak. He had several options to fix it and was very helpful in helping me decide what to do. Once we had a plan, they guys showed up on time and got to work. Byron got the leaks fixed by late afternoon and the other workers came back the next day to put the dirt back under the house. They were very careful to minimize any damage to the landscaping and did a great job of cleaning the area once they were finished.

We moved into our Carrollton home early in 2018. Since that time we have had Byron to our home three times to assist us with our plumbing needs. Byron has installed a water line to our refrigerator, replaced the water spigot on the back of the house, and inspected/cleared out a drain. Byron has been professional and courteous with each visit and has completed each project timely and within his given price estimate. I have personally really appreciated Byron's communication and availability. He has been available through phone and text and has never been more than a couple days out for availability. I highly recommend Byron and Signature Plumbing and look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.

If there was a way of giving negative stars I would. BUYER BE WARE!! Terrible experience. Horrible experience. Took three days to try and repair a simple tub faucet, which is still not repaired. Over charged for sink faucet repair and switching out a hose for a bidet s well as the tub faucet. I'm calling him to come out and repair the work but he's now not picking up my line or calling me back after multiple voicemails and calls. Now I know why he only takes a check and charges 3% for credit card. Should have used my credit card that way I could dispute my card and get my money back!! Going to file a compaint with better business bureau.
