My hot water heater went out and flooded my garage. Called Tim at 3pm and he talked me through turning the water source source off at the heater to stop the flooding. I was given a "guess-timate" over the phone. Next morning his team (Chris and Marcus) arrived, assessed the problem, and replaced the heater within 3 hours total. They were very friendly, professional and cleaned up after themselves.The estimate, sight unseen, Tim had given me, was within $50 of the final bill! I will use Tim and his team for any problems I might encounter in the future. Believing in long-term business relationship is my wish; exactly what Tim's Company wants to build with his customers! I hate plumbing but am somewhat mechanically inclined. I started on a plumbing project on my home fairly late on a Saturday afternoon. I ended up running into a major issue and panicked after it was late and I didn’t know what to do. I didn’t want to keep the water turned off the rest of the weekend but I really didn’t want to call a plumber after hours (Expensive) so I called Winnett plumbing and explained my problem. He told me he was headed to another job and couldn’t get by today, but he explained in detail what I needed to fix my problem and I could get the parts at Lowe’s. I went to Lowe’s, found the part and got the plumbing issue resolved. Mr Winnett knew what I needed and I did not. He could have come by after hours on a Sunday and charged me a crazy amount for a simple part I bought at Lowe’s, but he didn’t and walked me through it so I could get it fixed and save some money...It seems that honesty is hard to come by in a company anymore, so by this gesture, he will have my business in the future.

A family run business, father and sons are wonderful. We have used them 2 times since buying our home. First time for a bath rm. remodel which turned out beautiful. 2nd time was an emergency leek on a weekend, as with any business they charge extra for Sunday's. Still they gave us options, showed up on time, cleaned up after and the amount charged was within reason of other plumbers' bids.

Had a confirmed appointment today at 130pm, no call, no show. Took off work.
