The technician did an excellent job of servicing our air conditioning unit. I have been doing six month checks for the last 10 years and have extended the efficiency of my units. We put in a new unit through Marit Graham heating and air conditioning three years ago. I have continued this maintenance program and feel it really makes a difference.
I recently had my hot water heater replaced and a Mitsubishi ductless AC (mini-split) installed at my house and things couldn't have gone smoother. Everything was quick and easy and exactly as quoted. Great company and group of people.
Called at 10pm because my mom was having trouble with her air conditioner, in less than 2 hours it was fixed and she was happy.

We had Mike Graham replace our 30 + year old HVAC system 17 Yrs ago and they have been servicing it since then. They are a great Company to do business with, Friendly and Professional. We would Highly Recommend anyone needing HVAC Servicing or Replacement to give them a call. They also just replaced our Water Heater that lasted us 23 yrs. The above still applies to them being Friendly and Professional. We are now using them for our Plumbing also. We needed the Hot water heater replaced. Once again very friendly and professional people to work with.
