If you want an honest, reliable plumber, Patrick Seale is your guy. He was able to fix my water heater at an excellent price while I save up money for a new one. He has already quoted me a fair price for a new heater and will install it for me when I'm ready. He's taking care of the whole problem for me--one stop shopping; no fuss whatsoever on my behalf.
