I am the Executive Director of Shavano Park Senior Living. A few weeks ago we had a copper fitting that busted on our water heater. Our kitchen needed the hot water and our residents needed hot water to shower. It was a Saturday before Cinco De Mayo. I tried several different plumbing companies. Everyone asked for a credit card number or they asked how we were going to pay for it. They weren't interested in helping us solve our problem. They were all worried about how they would get paid. Parker & Sons didn't ask any questions except what our address was. They were out there in no time, assessed the problem, repaired the issue and got us back up and running. They were more concerned about getting us taken care of and less worried about how they were going to get paid. They invoiced us and we paid them in full. We were both satisfied. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks for getting to us in short notice and on a weekend no less. Great job by a great group of guys. Thanks!!!!

I've used them awhile back and they were wonderful. Most recently I called and although they didn't have anyone available at that time for an afterhours/weekend/commercial call, they told me who to call. Saved me a whole bunch of trouble and headache. Will definitely be using Parker & Sons next time.

The phone number listed does not work. This company came in and assisted on foundation repair for my home. They removed my gas line feeding into my home and never placed it. Go figure now they won't return any calls.
