Plumb Line

We share a mutual client with Plumbline Design, there was a need for an additional set of plans to be certified by the city. Alex promised a quick turn around 3 business days. Two weeks later he is mad because we are pressuring him to uphold his promise. Ultimately he did get the job done and I thank him for that, however on the last day, he sent text messages which stated "If you want them don't push me or you won't get them at all" Not very professional then when he finally did get them he demanded cash only as his payment claiming he did not trust us. We were reduced to text messages only as his voicemail is always full. More likely than not other customers pushing him to meet his own deadlines. I hope he takes this post as a wake up. When you promise customers products on time, deliver or keep them posted and not get upset when they are only asking for you to deliver what you promised.
