What a great experience. I was referred to Duck Plumbing by a neighbor who uses Jason for his properties. I called Jason Monday at 8:00am with a plumbing issue I had all weekend and he was at my house by 10:30am. He explained the process and fixed the problem. Jason was very professional and I would highly recommend him. And to my surprise very affordable.

Get a firm price from Jason or you will pay dearly!! Response to Jason: He did a great job on the first leak I had. I asked him to run 4 gas outlets to my outdoor kitchen. He did not show up when he said he would the first week. When he did show up he took measurements to GO GET HIS PIPE CUT because he does not have the tools in his van to do it. I was okay with that part. The job was 5 valves a few 90's and my supplied regulators. About 2 hrs of work plus parts and got charged for 3 hrs of labor and 2 service fees 70.00?? Misc black pipe and fittings 184.00. Total bill 614.18. Paid 650.00. If I would have known (which I did not) what he was going to charge I would have done it myself. Don't get DUCKED!!!!

Jason installed our brand new water heater and did a great job! He honored his estimate , arrived on time , did what he promised for significantly less money than his competitors!

Jason was a true professional, He communicated well and was on time for the appointment. He provided a bid and the final price was exactly as quoted. I would highly recommend anyone needing a plumber should call Jason. I value someone who calls me to confirm the schedule, arrives on time and does the work as required at the price promised.
