Called them on a Monday to ask if they could help find our water leak. Stated it would be late Monday or Tuesday. At 3:30 pm Tuesday, no show and no call. I called and they said they hoped to be by before 5 and if not it would be first in the morning on Wednesday. At 3:30 we again had not seen or heard from them at all. I called and told them they could cancel since they had not contacted us. Okay was all they had to say. Very disappointed, you might try all other options first!

I have asked for this company to come out to our house for several weeks. Last week they told me they would be coming today. When I called this morning, he didn't even remember telling me they would come today and yet again told me they'd try to make it today or tomorrow. I called another company and they were here within the hour.
