We've used Gladstone Plumbing Co twice and both times the service and work were excellent. Dan was able to identify the problem quickly in both cases and ensure the repairs were done correctly and in a timely manner. The other workers were all professional and polite. Clean up was also good. No complaints and I would use them again.
Gladstone Plumbing company were clear with their communication and able to come earlier to fix a leak on our main sink. The job turned out bigger than expected, but they were able to work more diligently and managed the process. The cost never went past the estimate. Overall, pretty good experience for a Saturday afternoon. Keep it up!
Needed a plumber at night. Excessive flood in basement. Called Gladstone Plumbing Co and they arrived within a half hour. First Dan arrived and did a great job. Very through, helpful and explained everything. He helped with the next step. He explained about the insurance and what we needed to do. He was also very helpful and stayed until all the paper work and details were worked out. I would recommend this company and especially Dan.
