The technician that came out to spray and check my property was very professional and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and checked thoroughly any openings we had, that might give access to rodents and bugs. He took his time and checked my attic to give me peace of mind. I like the fact that I receive a text message before the technician arrives with the technicians picture.

I like the actual grass cutting on the same day every 2 weeks and the heads up text. I do not like the rushed trimming, that bares AC wires, damages protective weather wrap, or forgotten trimming by trash bin area, or not blowing grass from around back porch base, but only in front. Things could be done less quickly then zoom, zoom, 5 to 15 minutes tops, and before and after pics taken to show completion for pay. I have my own pics. A different crew most of the time. The older ones are more responsible. Lead crewman needs to train trimmers, slow them down, hand trim where needed, check and supervise. These guys are no more professional then any lawn care done by neighborhood workers. Home owners take your own pics. All workers very polite. I have a one yr contract and pushing for quality work. I have texted Crew back, talk with the crew, called local rep, but have now put things in writing to them. It is all about volume, speed, and money. ABC can do better and I want to help them. My property is small, but it is mine, and my A. C. Unit is not that old. We must be careful guys!

Fast, friendly and courteous service. They came out and gave us an estimate, and explained our 10 year old unit was way too big for our home and was using an inordinate amount of electricity. The new unit was installed quickly a few days later. Every ounce of debris and dust was cleaned up and hauled away. Excellent job! I felt so bad for these gentlemen men, because we have an attic unit. The heat was stifling, yet they trudged on. They also installed new insulation which has made a tremendous difference. The new unit is cooling the house efficiently, and cycling as it should, keeping the humidity in the house down. By viewing my snapshot of my electric bill it has already gone down by half. I highly recommend this company.

ABC pest control services for the first time treated our home and Rico did such a thorough job. I was amazed how much more area was treated compared to my previous pest control company that had done the job for last 4 years. Rico was friendly and explained to us what he was doing and always made eye contact which is real important to us. I feel like I choose the right company to treat/protect our home.
