Fast Plumbing

I called and set an appointment for the next day between 12-2PM. at 150 I was told they were behind and would be late. 10 minutes later I was told someone was on the way. 45 minutes later I called and was told that someone was on the way, 15 minutes out. 20 minutes later, no one had arrived. I cancelled the appointment because I needed to get to work on time.

I do not do reviews, even if i dislike a service. Though i feel it is important to share this experience so you know not to use this company. That is how bad the experience was with them. Sadly google wont let you give negative stars. I strongly suggest not to use this company. we had a home inspection done by a professional home inspector everything was fine except for a slight leak somewhere in our master bedroom bathroom. We call this company to help see where the leak was and instead they broke a faucet. As you see the prior review they still are providing no customer service and no solution besides pointing the finger. If you want any kind of Professional Service I would NOT go with this company all they will do is ignore you have questionable employees come to your house break something and then try to overcharge you on fixing it. The employee even knew it was his fault because he said oh I'll fix that for free... If it wasn't your fault why would you fix it for free? luckily we did not give one penny to the employee which is then again shows you he knew it was his fault because he didn't charge us for looking. Again we just had a home inspection so everything was working until your employee touched it most likely cuz he's not experienced. So my word of advice for anyone considering this company is to not go with them and continue looking. The company that came out and fix our leak was prompt professional and also was able to diagnose what was going on and did not cost $875. You would think maybe Fast Plumbing would have responded promptly had some professional come out assess their employee did and or reimburse us for having to fix it but no 5 days later almost they respond to a Facebook message. That shows you their professionalism and their customer service is not up to par.

My sink and dishwasher backed up and I was able to get a same day appt which was amazing! Eric and Cobey came over and were super friendly and nice and fixed my problem within minutes and a very reasonable price. They also looked at my shower I was having problems with and gave me an estimate. Best plumbing experience I’ve ever had and will defiantly be using them again for all future repairs! Thank for making it so easy :-)

Fair and detail oriented. Eric and Sparky did an excellent job plumbing both a water softener and new sink in my garage. They arrived on time, bid the job, agreed on a price and stayed most of the day until the job was done about 7 hours. Very polite, personable and even took into consideration my two napping children in the middle of the day. Definitely recommend these guys.

Lee and the gang at Fast Plumbing have always responded quickly to resolve any plumbing need I've had. Recently, I had a garbage disposal installed by one of their new employees, Mycol, who was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of tips on how to use the disposal and prolong it's longevity, many that I was unaware of. I've recommended Fast Plumbing to my friends and neighbors and know that they've done the same.
