A friend of mine recommended this company. I called and made an appointment to replace a kitchen faucet. I used to do this myself, but getting under the sink is a job for younger people. I got a call a little before the appointed time to see if I was available and I was. Larry and Thomas showed up and were just great! One of the shut-offs under my sink wasn't working properly and they replaced it quickly and easily. They made short work of my new faucet as well, and it's a nice improvement. These gentlemen were friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. Price was reasonable and fair. I'll definitely use this excellent company again.

Larry came this morning to repair a kitchen drain line clog. He called to let me know he was coming and did a great job of finding and repairing the problem. Reasonable price for the work. I’ve been using this company for years, always happy with the results.

Terrible Experience. I have done business with Steve's for many years and have paid them a considerable amount of money for services provided never questioning the bill. Last month due to lake flooding i had a situation needing attention. Without first discussing it with me they sent multiple plumbers and triple billed me nearly $400 per hour. Regular rate is $155 per hour. The bill was nearly 2 grand. The plumber they sent last year did the exact same work in under 3 hours solo. I tried to resolve this with Steve and come to a reasonable solution to salvage this as a long time customer and got nowhere. I feel taken advantage of due to the circumstances and wont be using their company again. I recommend you pass.

Horrible customer service. Do NOT hire this company. Steve's crew does not communicate effectively with the customer, has not repaired my plumbing (after leaving the job in disarray) and takes no responsibility for finishing the job. I will be sure to share this on our neighborhood community bulletin board to make sure that my neighbors don't suffer through Steve's Plumbing's terrible customer service.

UPDATE: I did end up having a new water heater installed by these guys, and they did a fantastic job. Quote here was better by hundreds of dollars (and quicker), and final invoice had no surprises. Highly recommended. ------------------ I have not had work done yet, but I have spent the last several weeks getting two other quotes for my water heater. This is the first time I got a clear, fair quote within 24 hours, and immediate response to my followup questions/clarifications. One other company literally took two weeks to get the quote to me, and kept calling back to ask my address again. Based on my experience so far, I'd recommend this company highly.
