Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning

Simply amazing. I never expected to have an insightful service appointment, but Joe made sure to explain in my terms how my AC units worked together and that my fan wasn't blowing because of the capacitor on the outside unit. He also shared how to keep the drain line clean. When he saw my confused look, he made sure to refer to it my terms - "the indoor unit with the duct tape" (yes, it seriously has duct tape!). I feel empowered and extremely happy with my service. Joe was able to come out within one hour of requesting service. Joe gave amazing service, cleaned up everything, and even made sure my gate was closed. I will definitely call Radiant again. Even the call center lady was pleasant. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Radiant Plumbing. It was very easy to make an appointment and customer service always answered quickly and communicated clearly. My service advisor, Michael Price, gave me a lot of options to solve my problem and helped me make a decision. He was a great communicator over the phone and in person. JR and Gus did a fantastic job today. They installed a water softener drain line and misc related tasks. My entire career has been in based in customer service/customer experience for over 25 years. They went above and beyond standard service to deliver an A+ customer experience! Thanks guys!

The reviews I read before calling Radiant were excellent. Now I understand why customers are so happy with their customer service. I contacted Radiant in the morning and explained my plumbing problem. I was told someone would be available after noon. Ten minutes later, I got a call say That a repairman was on his way. WOW! Thanks Nicholas for being very professional. Nicholas was able to determine my problem quickly and fixed it. I can see now why Radiant hired you. Great job.

We have a 2.5 year old a/c unit that didn’t seem to be working efficiently anymore so I called Radiant for a tune-up. Christopher came to assess the unit and gave me several options for fixing an issue as well as options to go above and beyond to keep the unit running well for the long haul. In the short time we had, I felt more confident with him and Radiant than I ever did with the company who we initially had install the unit and duct work. I would confidently recommend them and will continue to use their services in my home.
