Knee Deep Plumbing

As a small family owned business we respect and try to support other local businesses. Unfortunately Knee Deep plumbing tried to take advantage of our company - they ordered and installed an $89 thermostat for an instant hot water heater and billed us $1057. Their repair didn't fix the problem so they quoted replacing the unit for $3098 which is outrageous gouging, as were able to have it replaced and installed for less than $1000. They are not trusty worthy and their business practices are shady.

Do not ever call this company if you want good service. I referred this company to one of my clients. They told them they would arrive between 1 - 3 pm. They showed up at 4pm. They didn't have the right equipment on the truck to locate a leak. It was like they didn't know why they were out there. When I called to ask about what happened (she was on the defensive right away) Brittany had nothing to offer as an excuse besides the the following. We are very busy, we cant help it if the equipment we needed is on another truck. I told her that she shouldn't have taken the appt if they are too busy and she basically hung up on me. If she would have been a little apologetic or acted like they had done anything wrong, I would have been ok because nobody is perfect. She didn't have any concern at all. Unbelievable.

I just had two guys come to my moms house and they did a great job. We’ve had plumbing issues for a few years and they made sure everything was taken care of. Have us correct information that we were given wrong and overall gave us a great experience. They will be the only plumbing company in our future! Thank you again for such great men and hard work.

Answered the phone before hours, prompt, courteous, honest and quick! Should have called yesterday!!!!! Will recommend to my family and friends!
