Drain One Plumbing

I've been using these guys for years now. They are down to earth, practical, straight- shooters who can walk you through everything they are doing and tell you why and how. They get the job done at a great price.

Ben was on time which was very impressive. We found him to be very professional and was determined to find our water leak... which he did. He helped with the water extraction team also. Ladies he even cleans up his mess ????????. Blessings to Ben.

On 2/24/19 approximately 12:30pm, an employee of Drain One Plumbing out of Arlington, TX, initiated a road rage incident in which he pulled a knife out on my husband and then threatened to use his gun on us. The driver was in his company van and stated that the company was family owned making it clear that his dangerous, vigilante behavior had no repercussions. I called the police and after speaking with both parties involved in the altercation, the police informed us nothing was to be done to this man who threatened the life of my husband and myself in front of my two young children, who were in the vehicle. The police said since no physical touch actually occurred, they could not arrest him until an investigator determined an assault had occurred, in which they would then issue a warrant for his arrest. This man followed my husband off of the highway and parked his vehicle in front of my husbands, got out and ran up to him. My husband felt threatened, especially with our children in the car, so his instinct to protect his family took over and he exited the car. The Drain One Plumbing employee yelled that my husband was following him TOO CLOSE! It is my duty to inform the public that this dangerous individual has a job where he enters your home at your request. This man, who clearly has an erratical way of thinking, could come into your most vulnerable environment. This company, Drain One Plumbing of Arlington, TX will continue to employ this individual because he is somehow related to them. If you have a need for a plumber, please do not use Drain One Plumbing because this man may show up at your door.

I called to get an emergency fix and was willing to pay the 1st person that could come out and a older lady answered the phone that sounded tired of the day and said... Her: "hello". Me: (Told them the issue and requested someone come out the same day) Her: Before I got finished "tomorrow morning" Me: I won't be available then so I will call back tomorrow afternoon. Her: Cutting me off again "when will you be there" Me: "this time tomorrow" Her: "we can come then" Me: "well I'll just call then when I... " Her: cutting me off again "thanks bye! " 22 sec convo lost me before we started. SMH

Hmmm... I NeVer used this company. Someone took my review from another plumbers page. Ben doesn't work for Drain 1 company. The post had 124 reviews ... That again is FALSE.
