They arrived over 2 hours after the window they gave me for the apointment. The repair man was polite and and professional, but I was charged over $130.00 for the replacement of a thermal coupler. This literally involved unscrewing the old one and screwing in the new one. $35 service call fee, and $92 for the part, which you can pick up at a hardware store for $10! I was told that they use some book for pricing they're parts, and this ridiculous fee is their standard policy. Sounds like a scam to me, and I will never use this plumber again nor would I ever recommend them.
