For the first time meeting with this person I was impressing with his personality and professionalism. He has good explanations from his experiences to help me understand how is the plumbing work. It will help me trust the company ‘s expertise beside their history 50 years serving in this business. And not just Michale is good . Jose is very hard working person with a positive attitude . He is always had a smile on his face. The same happy face with others person . It made me thinking the company had a good take care of their employees . This is an A +. I love Santhoff and have been using them since 1995. Appointments are easy to get, their technicians are always on time and courteous and best of all they KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Very professional and very knowledgeable. I would not even consider using a different plumber.
What happened Joe? What happened to Santhoff's fair pricing? What a disappointing end to a 30 year business relationship. You know how when you finally find an honest, professional and quality plumber you stick with them? Well, we've been a loyal customer of Santhoff Plumbing for 30 years. You name it and Santhoff has done it for us. For those 30 years Santhoff has done an exemplary job every time and for a fair price. Never once was there sticker shock until that is this last job. Which, they lost as a result of the extraordinarily steep pricing. $450 including service call, to repair a $100 leaky shower faucet? Really? What a disappointing end to a 30 year business relationship.
Jason was great. Quality work and fast install of new water heater in attic. Him and his team were very professional I just had a second appointment on separate issues and Patrick was great!
Manuel was very professional and did a great job. He took the time out to explain the job and our options. I also noticed his concern with making sure the kids at our academy weren't disturbed during install. Great company! We will use them for future jobs.
