This company was recommended by a long time Stafford residence as a good plumbing company. I’m in the process of remodeling bathrooms and wanted to speak to a plumbing expert about having them come and replace the plastic toilet flanges with metal ones as well as, discussing a shower drain flange and if they offered services such as connecting a shower pan. Wanted an expert to ensure there would not be any issues with leaks. Asked to have a return call to discuss scheduling and their services to coincide with my remodeling schedule. It’s been over week and no call. No need to discuss the matter any further.

Mitch is a lifesaver. We have an older home and continue to have plumbing issues because of the way the house was built. Mitch has been thorough and patient with the challenges that our old home presents. His work is impeccable. I know when he works on a project it will be done correctly the first time. This was our first experience with Doug Turner Plumbing Co., though we have tried other companies in Sugar Land. Damon was our plumber and we were so impressed with his knowledge, work ethic, and very pleasant personality. We had several problems and questions from clogged drains, drippy faucets, to washer water hookup issues.. Damon diagnosed each problem, gave me a written and verbal explanation of work needed along with pricing. We gave our Ok to start the job and Damon set to work. He worked diligently while cleaning up after every job. We are absolutely happy with all work accomplished ! Damon is super good at his job while providing great customer service.

Called and got an appointment the same day for between 12 and 3. Called around 2:30 to let me know he was on his way. Explained everything to me prior to starting work, including the price. Even looked up the same tool he used on Home Depot to show me where I could buy one if I chose to. Very professional from the first office contact until the end of my appointment. Would definitely call them again!
